FEES and PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Our fees are a reflection of the quality dental
care that we provide and the excellence in service
that we strive to maintain. As a policy, payment
is due and payable at the time services are rendered.
If this is not possible, please let us know beforehand
so that we can work out a mutually agreeable arrangement
for payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover cards, as well as CareCredit for
extended payment plans.
INSURANCE
We currently process dental claims for more than
50 insurance companies. Please call to inquire
as to whether we currently process claims for
your provider.
If you have dental insurance coverage, we will
be glad to handle your payment in one of two ways:
- You may pay your bill in full at the time
of your visit, and we will help you file for
reimbursement directly to you.
- You may pay your estimated co-payment as services
are rendered and we will file your insurance
claim for benefits to be paid to us. Please
bring a dental claim form or insurance card
to your first visit. In the event that insurance
benefits are not forthcoming within 90 days
from the date of service, you may be asked to
pay the remainder of your balance.
It is important to remember that insurance coverage
is an agreement between you and your employer.
We will gladly do all we can to help you receive
the benefits you deserve. However, total payment
for services remains the responsibility of each
patient or accompanying parent/guardian.
